Battle Plan

Yesterday I had a mental health crisis and I was all alone. I felt like I should call someone and I stumbled over finding a phone number. I realized once it had passed that I should have a battle plan. Who to call, in what order, what medications I should take or what self-care I needed to do at that moment.

It was such a whirlwind that I ended up just sitting down and started to do a kind of stream of consciousness writing.
