Self Care – Suggestion 01

When I am dealing with depression or anxiety there is something kind of fun that I do that can help occasionally. This also works for me when I need something to study to, relax to, or write to.

I open 3 tabs in a browser and start with some rain.

I then put on some Jazz. For myself, this tends to work nicely.

And finally, I add a little visualization with some crackling fire sounds.
